The students and faculty at Cary
Ballet take great pride in the friendly, clean, and positive
environment we have created. Our conservatory is located at 3791
NW Cary Parkway, Cary, North Carolina. Please click on the
map link for a map showing where we are
located. Located In the safe and convenient Preston Corners area
of Cary parents can enjoy the local shops and restaurants while their
children are attending classes and dancing.

We have four spacious studios with high vaulted ceilings, lined with barres, full-length mirrors and many windows. The largest studio is over 3000 square feet. We provide safe, professional floors designed specifically for dance; using the same manufacturer and installation techniques as the most respected ballet companies and schools worldwide. These wood floors are "sprung" to act as a shock absorber, preventing strain and injury to muscles, tendons and joints, and then covered with a specialized, cushioned non-slip dance surface. We have large male and female restrooms and dressing rooms with storage cubbies and a large two-story lobby with observation windows and French doors into all of our studios.
For the convenience of our students and their families we also have a lounge area and an outdoor covered porch and patio called "café ballet" with a refrigerator, microwave, vending machines, tables and a courtesy phone. Students and families will also enjoy relaxing on our covered front porches, landscaped lawn or in our gazebo. Upstairs we have offices, a faculty lounge and mezzanine balconies overlooking our lobby and our 3000 square foot performance studio.
"Everything Dance", Cary's largest and most complete dancewear store is also located inside the conservatory offering the highest quality dancewear, shoes, gifts, and accessories, at discounted prices. The conservatory also hosts many events including frequent intensive workshops, masterclasses with visiting colleagues and national audition tours for respected companies and their affiliated schools. We also host cultural events including Celebration of Children in the Arts the first Saturday each October and the Town of Cary's Fine Arts League Annual Reception each April. These events include paintings, ceramics, and visual art exhibits along with live musical performances and informal performances of our company's current "works in progress". We are so pleased that many of our students consider our family operated school to be their home away from home.
